Chad Bomar is a co-founder of Coffey Bomar LLP and a dedicated trial lawyer with over a decade of experience handling a wide range of legal matters.  He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina and specializes in corporate representation, business litigation, and the defense of medical malpractice lawsuits.

Mr. Bomar has held leadership positions within the North Carolina Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys throughout the course of his practice.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, an organization that educates and aids lawyers that defend individuals, insurance companies, and businesses in North Carolina.

Community involvement is an integral part of Mr. Bomar's daily activities.  He currently serves as Secretary of the Davie County Board of Elections, and sits on the Boards of Directors of Smart Start of Davie County, the North Carolina Legal Education Assistance Foundation and the Davie County Department of Social Services.  Mr. Bomar also serves on the Community Child Protection Team of Davie County.

North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine and Business Leader Magazine have repeatedly recognized Mr. Bomar's professional accomplishments.  The Rising Star designation given to Mr. Bomar by North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine is a designation given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in North Carolina.  Business Leader Magazine has recognized Mr. Bomar as a Top Lawyer of Charlotte and a Top Lawyer of the Triad.
